Progress Report Week 1 (Sept. 14, 2012)

This weeks successes:

- Went to yoga twice
- started belly dancing
- purchased glass for stained glass
- met with interior decorator
- called two people re staining kitchen cupboards and managed to meet with one
- had cortisone injection for hip/back
- planned a full weekend - golf tournament and visit to Montreal for Anita's birthday
- met with Colleen about french classes
- meditated 3 days in bed
- Quit job at TYPS


In the works:
- looked into spanish classes
- looked into buying a cottage
- I have been invited to visit Linda
- I have been invited to visit Merillee



Things to work on:
- Increase meditation and yoga to 5-7 days a week
- Wake at 6AM every day
- cut back hours at the food bank
- read cards on loving yourself
- book a trip to Vipassana
- do something about gym membership
